This style of massage is our in-house specialty a deeply effective
massage with a difference... using heated volcanic stones that take
you beyond the physical, gives you the space to relax and reconnect
with your self.
Massage with the use of correct breathing, warm oil and heated stones
promote a greater influx of blood flow into tight and sore muscles
and allow the therapist to go to work on the areas of need without
causing excessive discomfort or bruising.
Your qualified therapist will begin to safely apply effective and
deep core remedial therapeutic techniques after all tension and
nervous energy has left the body.
We aim to effectively communicate our treatment plan.
We guarantee you that we have the experience to recognise when the
muscles are ready to respond and effect the corrective changes with
the minimum need for discomfort. The "no pain no, gain" motto is
not needed here.
